It was a great experience until I stopped to vacuum my car and realized that the automatic car wash had almost pulled my bumper off. It managed to stay latched, but it was bowed out and a few latched were unhooked. Also, the bugs suck to the front of my car were still there. That's a lot of issues for a $13 wash when I ended up having to stop somewhere else and wash it again. Very disappointed.
Cheap fast efficient. Vacuums with NO time limit and they really suck. In a good way. No complaints! Worth the drive from downtown... and right next to Costco, conveniently.
To the comment below me. It wouldnt let me respond on here but yes I did and never heard back. Two managers were supposed to call me.its been almost 2 months now.
Left a ton of scratches on my brand new car. I would not recommend to any one With a decent paintjob.
All in all, I love this wash and go here any time I want a good one. Rarely visit any other.
Decent car was but it always leaves water spots on my side view mirrors, doors and rear end. I have the highest package and a black car (which shows spots easier). But overall, decent for 40$/mo
The vacuumes seem to work pretty well for your average dirt. Has got my carpets looking great. And they're free to use before you get your vehicle washed. Lot is always clean and plenty of parking space to not worry about clashing doors with another customer when busy.
The wash has never really done me wrong. Plenty of wash arches to get your car looking great! And the heated dry at the end I think helps a lot. My only gripe on the wash aspect, is the dry isn't quite complete, but not as bad as the average gas station setup... By far.
I usually just bring/keep a clean towel in the car for touchups.
The water purification for the spot free rinse may need to be upgraded (what the spot free rinse usually is), being that the dry isn't quite complete, it leaves a few spots around the mirrors and trunk area.
The free use of the mat cleaners are a huge plus. I wish they would come out a smidge better on the first run, however 2 runs through does the job just fine... And again, can't beat the price! Only suggestion on them, is 2 of the 3 have the water on/off switches broken whenever I visit, and the one that does have a switch... It's loose, so you have to be careful. I think replacing them with metal switches and getting arrows for on off would help.
