..well i havent been here but i do want to know how old of an rv is too old ...what if its old but is in good shape
Convenient location near a lot of shops and restaurants. The creek/river runs on the back of the park and is enjoyable. We have been staying since January and enjoy the staff and other residence. Elmer and bonnie run a safe and clean park.
We went in because they wouldn't answer there phones, the lady told us first few seconds we walked in that she had nothing available. Than we told her we had two kids and no pets she instantly said she had a spot and we could move in after the holiday. We call a day before we were scheduled to move and she said she didn't have anything available and she didn't even remember us, that she gave the site away. Plus she wanted cash up front. Was extremely low and not how you should run a business. Just poor management. Don't recommend giving them ur $.
Wifi didn't work while we were there, nor did the dryers (during the first part of our stay), but other than that, it was a nice park and we will go back.
Stayed here in August, 2017. Bonnie & Elmer were super nice and we had a great spot near the office. Level, cement lot. This park used to be a mobile home park, but they converted it to an RV park. Close to everything! Target, great restaurants, walking/biking trail behind the park. We enjoyed walking on the trail almost every morning.
I have been coming to this park since 2010 and Bonnie has been by far the best manager they have had. She is a very friendly and kind person. She really cares about the park. Cosmetically the park could use some help but it is a great place for the price and location.
